Canvas Utilities Menu
Use the More (⋮) menu on the canvas to manage automation settings, version history, comments, and layout controls.

Open it with the More (⋮) icon at the top right of the canvas, beside undo, the execution log, and Share.
What the menu holds
Eight entries, in the order they appear:
| Entry | What it does |
|---|---|
| Settings | The whole automation’s settings: name, description, categories, Concurrency & queueing, and how it is published as a template. |
| Form interface | Turns the automation into a form other people fill in and run. See Form Templates. |
| Documentation & history | Open the History timeline (saved versions, automatic restore points, attributed edits, and version compare) or the auto-generated Documentation runbook. See Versioning. |
| Comments | The comment threads on this canvas, with filters for resolved, unread and your own. |
| Reset counters | Sets every step’s run count back to zero. Shortcut u then r. |
| Fit view | Zooms so the whole automation fits on screen at once. |
| Cleanup canvas | Arranges every step and connection into a tidy layout, for a canvas that has grown into crossing lines. |
| Help & Support | Opens the support chat over the canvas, so you can ask without leaving the automation. |
Reset counters clears the stored counts permanently, rather than hiding them for your session. Use it when the numbers have stopped meaning anything, not as a display tidy-up. Your automations, their run history and their results are untouched.
- Run
- Open the More (⋮) menu at the top right of the canvas and click Cleanup canvas
- You should see
- Glow arranges every Step and connection on the canvas into a clean, readable layout.
