Members & Invitations

Invite teammates, assign workspace roles, and manage access from Members and invites in the workspace menu. Workspace details, defaults, timezone and failure emails live separately in Workspace Settings.

Workspace Roles

Use Permissions and Access for the full role comparison ( matching the What each role can do cards on the Members page). Each higher role includes all capabilities of the lower roles. Assigning Admin gives workspace billing controls, while Managers and Members see usage only (See usage, not billing); see Payer accounts and workspace access.

Managing Members

Open Members and invites from the workspace menu (or use Invite to canvas inside the canvas Share window to invite someone directly to a specific automation). Admins, Managers, and Members see the directory (including each member’s role, automation count, and Joined date) and pending invitations; Viewers see their own role and a Leave team action.

Open Settings

Open Members and invites from the workspace menu (or open Share on the canvas) and locate Invite people.

Invite

Enter up to 20 email addresses separated by commas, semicolons, or spaces. Check Invite as to confirm the role for the batch; the selector starts on the workspace’s saved default role for new members when your role can grant it.

Send

Select Send invite. Check the result before retrying, as invitations can save even when email delivery is unconfirmed. Invitees join with Accept and join using the invited email address.

Review both access paths when a partner leaves. Removing a direct workspace membership does not end an MSP delegation grant. Review Team settings → Governance separately. See MSP delegation.

Join Requests

When someone outside your workspace requests access via a shared link, their request appears under Join requests in Members and invites. Workspace Admins and Managers can review and answer these requests.

Review the Request

Check the requester’s identity, email address, and when they asked.

Approve or Deny

Select Approve or Deny, review the workspace and requester in the confirmation dialog, then confirm. Approval adds Member access to the workspace, not a view-only guest role for one automation. Denial grants no access. Opening a request or following an email link does not decide it.

A request closes without granting new access if the person has already joined or left the workspace since asking. Sending an invitation alone does not make them a member.

Check the Result

Check the saved decision separately from confirmation-email delivery. Retry confirmation email retries the notification, not the membership decision.

Verify it works
Run
Invite a teammate from Members → Invite people and check the Pending filter
You should see
The pending invitation row appears immediately with its expiration date and Resend / Revoke actions.
