Comments
Pin threaded comments to a Step, point, or canvas region to review logic and leave context for teammates.

Leaving one
Press C (or click the comment button in the canvas header) and click where the comment belongs. What you click decides what it is pinned to:

A pinned comment stays with the step or sticky note it is attached to, so moving that item takes its comments along.
The comments list
Open Comments from the More (⋮) menu to see every thread on this canvas rather than hunting for pins. Four controls shape the list:

| Show resolved | Includes threads somebody has closed. Off by default. |
| Unread first | Puts threads with new replies at the top. |
| Only mine | Narrows to threads you started or replied to. |
| Show pins on canvas | Hides the pins without closing the list. |
Shift+C toggles the pins on their own, for a screenshot or a screen share where the canvas should read clean.
Replying and resolving
- Opening a thread marks it read for you, which powers the Unread first filter.
- Resolve a thread when the work it asked for is done so it moves out of the default list while staying findable under Show resolved.
- Available on Public automations when Let anyone with the link see and add comments and sticky notes is enabled in Share.
- Comment pins, replies, and guest sticky notes (up to 2,000 characters) display a Guest badge under the visitor's chosen guest name.
Who can change what

Examples to copy
Ask about a step without breaking the flow. Press C, click the step, and write the question. The next person to open the canvas sees the pin directly on that step.
Review a branch. Drag a region across the branch and comment once on the whole thing. A point comment beside it would not say which steps you meant.
Clear a canvas for a demo. Shift+C hides every pin. The threads are still there afterwards.
- Run
- Press C, click any Step on the canvas, and post a comment
- You should see
- A comment pin attaches to the Step, moves with it on the canvas, and appears in the Comments drawer.
