Canvas shortcuts, grouped by what they do. A + means hold the listed keys together.

OS Mapping: In the tables below, Cmd/Ctrl refers to the ⌘ Command key on Mac and the Ctrl key on Windows. Where a row shows ⌘ Command on its own, it is the Command key on Mac and has no Windows equivalent.

Shortcut	Action	Description
Scroll	Pan	Pan the canvas vertically and horizontally.
`Shift` + Scroll	Pan Across	Pan horizontally with a vertical mouse wheel (Windows/Linux).
`Cmd/Ctrl` + Scroll	Zoom	Zoom in or out (or pinch on a trackpad).
`=`	Zoom In	Zoom in on the canvas.
`-`	Zoom Out	Zoom out of the canvas.
`0`	Reset Zoom	Reset the canvas zoom and fit the steps on screen.
`9`	Tidy Up	Auto-layout the automation to make it readable.

Execution & Automation State

Shortcut	Action	Description
`⌘ Command` + `Enter`	Run Workflow	Trigger a test run. This one is the Command key specifically (on Windows, use the Run button in the toolbar).
`Space`	Stop Execution	Request a stop for running executions of this automation.
`u` + `r`	Clear Counters	Reset the execution bubbles across all steps.
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Alt` + `a`	Actions Menu	Open the automation actions menu.
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Alt` + `t`	Triggers Menu	Open the automation triggers menu.
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Z`	Undo	Undo your last change on the canvas.
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Shift` + `Z`	Redo	Redo the last undone change.

Stopping does not undo messages, records, or charges already created. Check the run and connected services before starting it again.

Step management

Shortcut	Action	Description
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `A`	Select All	Select all steps currently on the canvas.
`Cmd/Ctrl` or `Shift` + Click	Toggle Selection	Add or remove a step from the selection without opening its panel.
`Shift` + Drag	Box Select	Drag a selection box around multiple steps.
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `S` + `D`	Duplicate	Duplicate the currently selected step.
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `S` + `C`	Disconnect	Disconnect the selected step from others.
`Backspace` / `Delete`	Remove	Delete the selected steps or connections.

Adding Steps (Quick Drop)

Add utility Steps and logical blocks with the two-key combinations below. For example, hold D and press T to add AI Data Transform, then release both keys. Switch and Filter have no quick-drop key; add them from the dock’s Tools → Flow group or the Canvas Context Menu.

Canvas Annotations

`N`	Add Sticky Note (editor canvas)
`S`	Add Sticky Note as a Guest on a Public link canvas (when enabled in Share)

`C`	Pin a Comment to the canvas

Verify it works

Run: Open an automation on the canvas and press F then C (or Cmd/Ctrl + K)
You should see: Glow places a Conditions Step on the canvas (or opens the command search dialog).
