Approve Human Review requests, check runs, and pause or start automations from your phone browser. Workflow Assistant also has a mobile layout; use a larger screen for detailed canvas configuration and review.

Approving a step from your phone
Open a pending review from its email and submit a decision in your mobile browser.
The email arrives
A Human Review step emails you the subject and message its author wrote, whatever context they attached, and one button per decision (usually Approve and Reject).
Tap your decision
Each button opens that run’s review page with the decision preselected. Opening the link does not submit it. Read the context, complete any required form fields, check your decision, and tap Confirm. Confirmation is required even when there is no form.
The run continues
After your submission is accepted, the automation can resume down the branch you chose. A later visitor sees that the request has already been answered; opening another email button does not change the submitted answer.
Sign in with an Admin, Manager, or Member role in the automation’s workspace. The automation must also be visible to you; receiving the email does not grant access. The email takes you straight to the review, so you do not need to find the automation first.
Need a response from somebody outside the workspace? A Wait form gives them a public link and resumes the run when they submit it.
What else works on a small screen
Open app.getglow.ai in a phone browser with no app to install, and the
layout switches to one built for it.
- Your dashboard, with the state of every automation and its recent runs.
- Pausing an automation, or setting it live, when something needs stopping now.
- Reading a canvas, which is enough to work out what a run did.
For large canvases or detailed field mappings, use a desktop so you can review the Steps and their configuration together.

- The mobile layout loads your dashboard, run status, and confirmation controls without installing an app.
